The Visitor Centre

During your stay the Village Visitor Centre will be able to answer questions, arrange excursions and provide any other informaiton needed to make your stay comfortable. 

The Visitor Centre is located in the lobby of the Casuarina Spa.  Staff are always on hand to help visitors with anything both inside and outside the Village.

Getting Here

To get to Cotton Bay Village from the UK, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, and Caribbean Airlines offer flights from London to St. Lucia: Flights are also available from Manchester with Virgin Atlantic (though these may be seasonal). From North America to St. Lucia: American Airlines, Air Jamaica, US Airways, Delta and Air Canada.

Airport Transfers

Clients can take advantage of a 15-minute flight in air-conditioned comfort aboard a 19-seater Vista Liner Twin Otter Aircraft from the George F.L. Charles Airport (SLU). We offer a tour of beautiful west coast vistas at US$130.00 per person or the direct transfer at US$120.00 per person. Taxi to the helipad is US$24.00 per car one way. Only people and carry-on bags are accommodated in the helicopter. Luggage is transferred to the resort via ground transport. Therefore, clients are urged to carry a change of and toiletries.

• Private executive air-conditioned transfers in a luxury vehicle are available at US$150.00 for one or two people maximum, one way.
• Private taxis are US$90.00 one way for two people (US$30.00 per person after the 3rd person) UVF.
• Private taxis are US$40.00 one way for two people (US$20.00 per person after the 3rd person) SLU.

Currency

St. Lucia uses the Eastern Caribbean (EC) dollar but US dollars are readily accepted. Money can be exchanged at the village information desk.

Climate

Delightful year round, with an average temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. St. Lucia’s dry season is from December to May.

Car Rental

Beez Car Rental is our resident car rental company. Their office is at The Bodyholiday, Le SPORT, just 5 minutes away or you can go to their website www.beezcarrentals.com. Your butler or concierge can arrange for you to be taken there or for a representative to meet you at Cotton Bay. He can also arrange for a local driver’s permit, needed for tourists wishing to drive in St. Lucia, available from the local police station at a cost of US$12 for one day or US$22 for three months.
