Butler Services
Dedicated butler service is provided with Cotton Bay Village's villa accommodations. Your personalized butler is available at your beck and call to take care of all your requirements. Your butler will supervise and co-ordinate every service that you receive and ensure your satisfaction by paying attention to the smallest detail, from arrival to departure. Your butler also supervises the maid and gardner and handles your bookings, reservations, and complaints. Where villas and townhouses have separate guest cottages, your personal butler is available to live in at an extra cost.

- Greeting guests on arrival and in-room registration
- Unpacking of luggage
- Complimentary pressing of two pieces of clothing per guest, on arrival date
- Room and facility orientation

- Organizing private functions
- Packing of your luggage upon departure
