BUTLER SERVICE

Butlers are the highest level of service offered at Cotton Bay Village. Here the butler’s main function is to take care of guest requests, bookings, reservations, problems, complaints, supervise and co-ordinate every service that guest receives in suite and to ensure guest satisfaction by paying attention to the smallest detail from arrival to departure.

It is a personalized service and the butlers look after every guest as an individual with likes and dislikes. It is the attention to the smallest detail of guests’ preferences.

For the guest it is "One-stop shopping." They only have to tell the butler and it happens. Guest and butler build up a strong relationship so that the guests feel very comfortable with their butler.

Their butler notices every detail of what pleases his/her guests and can be proactive in providing those small touches that in other hotels the guest has to ask for or quite simply do not get noticed. All services to guests are coordinated through the butler so the butler knows at all times where the guest is and when it is convenient to perform a hotel service without intruding the guest.

The butler is trained to seek ways of pleasantly surprising his/her guest so that every day of their stay the guest is ‘blown away’’.

In all, butler service is the very highest level of service because it treats the guest as an individual. The service is seamless since the guest does not have to deal with separate departments but only their butler over any request, requirement or service.

Private Butlers

The guests who book the Beach Front Villas and Cotton Houses are the ones who get to experience the private butler. Here they have one butler assigned exclusively only for their villa. He/she would take care of them for the entire stay.
